Jason Spanich graduated with Honors from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 1997. Following law school, Jason worked for the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System, initially in the Non-Capital Trial Division and later in the Capital Trial Division, in which he tried Capital Murder cases on an exclusive basis.
Mr. Spanich has tried more than forty jury trials, including eleven death penalty murders. He has represented more than fifty defendants charged with murder. He is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and in the Western District of Oklahoma.
Currently in private practice, Mr. Spanich is available throughout the state of Oklahoma. He uses his experience to tackle the cases that other lawyers do not want to handle. His goal is to obtain the best result for the client, whether through negotiation or litigation. Mr. Spanich's representation includes every level of criminal case, from juvenile matters, to DUI and drug cases, to sex crimes, to capital murder.
