During his long career as a criminal defense attorney, Attorney Stuart J. Grossman has gained the respect of his peers and of those with whom he works on a daily basis. After earning his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1971, Attorney Grossman embarked on a career that includes a wide variety of cases. Currently, Attorney Grossman handles all aspects of state and federal cases, including trial and appeal.

- The federal trial and acquittal of a former Deputy Mayor of Warsaw, Poland who was charged with conspiring to sell nuclear weapons and other arms to the Irish Republican Army after the fall of the Soviet Union.
- The successful federal appeal of a man who was convicted of selling a counterfeit "Guadalajara Haggadah".
- The state murder trial and acquittal of a 17 year old drug gang member who was charged with killing a rival drug gang member.
Attorney Grossman is admitted to practice in all of the Courts of the State of New York, The United States Court of Appeals For The Second Circuit and The United States District Court For The Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
